Contacts

Contacts are records of contact information for people involved in your planning and building projects. Contacts do not have to be involved in an application. When you are adding a participant to an application and you start typing a name, Objective Build offers you matches for saved contacts to save you time filling out the participant details. When you add a new participant, you can save them to your Contact Library.

Your Contact Library is a list of all your contacts. If you are a member of an organisation, the Contact Library is used by all members of the organisation, so that the organisation can maintain a common contact list for use across all of its applications.

You can add an existing contact from your Contact Library onto an application, when you are adding the participants involved in the application. You can also select to save a new person you add during the application process to your Contact Library.

You can access the Contact Library from the Libraries option on the left navigation.
